Each regulator comes with a commemorative coin that matches the regulator's serial number. In addition, it features freeze-resistant technology, resists free flows even in the coldest temperatures, while giving the user the added flexibility to adjust settings for more comfortable breathing in less extreme environments.
First stage:
Satin brass body with heat exchanger ribs for maximum thermal performance.
The innovative overcompensated first stage cap and ambient diaphragm help prevent ice buildup that can lead to free flow of the first stage under extreme circumstances. It also protects the first stage from impact damage.

Reversible second stage for a left- or right-hand gas supply configuration.
A heat exchanger (patented) dissipates the cold caused by gas expansion while drawing heat from the ambient water for more comfortable breathing.
It features an innovative diver-changeable exhaust system (DCE).
The system gives the diver the ability to switch from a small exhaust T to a large exhaust T.

Para elegir tu regulador has de tener claro el tipo de uso que vas a querer darle y las características que serán necesarias para ese uso. SEGÚN EL TIPO DE PRÁCTICA
Inmersiones de 0 a 20m: opta por un regulador de pistón simple o con membrana no compensada.
Inmersiones de más de 20m: escoge un regulador o bien de pistón simple o con membrana compensada.
Inmersiones en aguas frías: será necesario que cuente con sistema anti-freezing.
Inmersiones a gran profundidad: opta por Venturi o Vortex para facilitar la respiración.
SEGÚN SUS CARACTERÍSTICAS:
Concepción
Pistón simple: sencillo, resistente y muy fácil de cuidar. Es el regulador estándar por excelencia.
Pistón compensado: más técnico y profesional ya que ofrece un caudal de aire más amplio en caso de necesitarlo.
Membrana compensada: mejor aislado para aguas cargadas y es ideal en aguas frías.
Confort
1ª Etapa:
No compensado: confort en inmersiones hasta 20m.
Compensado. caudal uniforme y amplio de aire en cualquier situación.
2ª Etapa:
Compensado: aumenta el confort respiratorio
Efecto Venturi: facilita la inspiración con una aceleración en la llegada de aire.
El regulador es sin duda, una de las partes más importantes del equipo, conviene saber los cuidados que merece:
Aclararlo con agua dulce después de cada uso: para lo cual primeramente comprobaremos que el tapón de la conexión a la botella está correctamente colocado.
Guardarlo a la sombra y no lo expongas a altas temperaturas.
Poner especial cuidado en que ningún tubo se doble a la fuerza.
Ponerlo en manos de técnicos especialistas para revisiones periódicas.
Para su transporte, guárdalo separado del resto del equipo y con sumo cuidado.
Nunca coger las botellas por el regulador (ni en el agua).
