Shipments

The delivery time for our orders is approximately 7 working days.

The vast majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours, but sometimes we depend on our suppliers, which can lengthen this time.

We can get you almost any product from our sports range! But please note that if you order something from us that is not part of our regular catalogue, the delivery time may be longer. Also, the handmade nature of some of our products means special delivery times.

In any case, in case of any supply problem, we will contact you to inform you properly and give you the most advantageous options for you.

We offer you different options for the delivery of your orders:

• HOME DELIVERY. You can indicate the delivery address that is most convenient for you.
• DELIVERY AT THE POST OFFICE. The most convenient option for many; we send your order to the post office of your choice, so that you can pick it up when you can.
  
  Due to its nature, volume and/or weight; some of our products do not admit this type of delivery (examples: real firearms, gunsmiths, saddles...) We will inform you conveniently during the processing of your order.
• DELIVERY IN SHOPS. If you prefer, you can come and pick up your order at one of our shops.
  
  This option has no shipping costs.
  
  Due to their nature, volume and/or weight, some of our products do not allow this type of delivery (e.g.: real firearms, gun racks, saddles...). We will inform you accordingly during the processing of your order.
• DELIVERY AT CIVIL GUARD BARRACKS. If you buy a real firearm, we can only send it to a Guardia Civil Barracks with Weapons Intervention. Select the barracks that corresponds to you when placing the order.

Shipping costs to mainland Spain are 7,99€, except for the following exceptions:

• FIREARMS: shipping + waybill: 39,99 € (per gun).
• LONG ARMS ARMOURERS: 31,50 euros (per armourer). Does not include installation or home delivery.
• SHORT ARMS ARMOURERS: 49 euros (per armourer). Does not include installation or home delivery.
• TRAILERS: 49,99 euros (per trailer).
• BOATS: 37,99 euros (per boat).
• BOATS + ENGINE: 95 euros (per boat).
• ENGINE: 18,99 euros (per engine).
• ELECTRIC CARTS: 18,99 euros (per cart).
• RIDING CHAIRS: 18,99 euros (per saddle).
• RAFTS: 18,99 euros (per raft).

These charges are applied per shipment (order), regardless of the number of items.

As a general rule, for orders containing items with different shipping costs, only the higher cost will be applied. In special cases, in which the product is shipped directly from the manufacturer, two shipping costs may be applied (in these cases, you will be informed in advance).

A product may be included in the shop that, due to its special characteristics, entails a particular shipping cost.

Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands are 10,50 euros, except for the following exceptions:

• FIREARMS: At the moment it is not possible to ship firearms to the Balearic Islands.
• 5-7 LONG ARMS: 39 euros (per gun rack). Does not include installation or home delivery.
• SHORT ARMS ARMOURERS: 59 euros (per armourer). Does not include installation or home delivery.
• TRAILERS: 59,99 euros (per trailer).
• BOATS + ENGINE: 115 euros (per boat).
• ENGINE: 31,50 euros (per motor).
• ELECTRIC CARTS: 31,50 euros (per cart).
• RIDING CHAIRS: 31,50 euros (per saddle).
• RAFTS: 31,50 euros (per raft).

These costs are applied per shipment, regardless of the number of items.

As a general rule, for orders containing items with different shipping costs, only the higher cost will be applied. In special cases, in which the product is shipped directly from the manufacturer, two shipping costs may be applied (in these cases, you will be informed in advance).

In cases where the characteristics of the products ordered allow it, you can choose to send by post, the cost of which will be 10 euros.

Rates valid for Mallorca, for the rest of the islands it will always be necessary to consult the shipping costs.

The shipping costs for Tenerife and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria are 36,50 euros, except for the following exceptions:

• FIREARMS: At the moment it is not possible to ship firearms to the Canary Islands.
• PRODUCTS WITH SPECIAL CARRIAGE (BY WEIGHT AND/OR VOLUME): solicitar presupuesto. ask for an estimate. Taking into account the particular characteristics involved in shipping to the Canary Islands, it will be necessary to study each case. Consequently, the shipping costs will be communicated to you by e-mail or by telephone.

As a general rule, for orders containing items with different shipping costs, only the higher cost will be applied. In special cases, in which the product is sent directly from the manufacturer, two shipping costs may be applied (in these cases, you will be informed beforehand to give your approval).

For the rest of the islands it will be necessary to make a personalised assessment of the shipping costs of the order. We will inform you in advance of the best option.

The goods will be sent duty free and the destination customs office will be in charge of calculating and adjusting the taxes associated with the arrival of the package. The recipient will be responsible for paying these costs, if applicable.

Shipping costs to Ceuta and Melilla are 36.50 euros, except for the following exceptions:

• FIREARMS: At the moment it is not possible to ship firearms to Ceuta or Melilla.
• TRAILERS: 210 euros (per trailer).

For the rest of the articles and taking into account the particular characteristics involved in shipping to Ceuta and Melilla, it will be necessary to study each case. Consequently, the shipping costs will be communicated to you by e-mail.

These costs are applied per shipment, regardless of the number of items. In orders containing items with different shipping costs, only one shipping cost will be applied, being those of the highest amount.

Some products may be included in the shop which, due to their special characteristics, entail a particular shipping cost.

Shipping costs for mainland Portugal are 9,99 euros, except for the following exceptions:

• 5-7 WEAPONS LONG ARMS: 49 euros (per gunsmith). Does not include installation or home delivery.
• SHORT ARMS ARMOURERS: 59 euros (per armourer). Does not include installation or home delivery.
• TRAILERS:59,99 euros (per trailer).
• BOATS + ENGINE: 190 euros (per boat).
• ENGINE: 31,50 euros (per engine).
• ELECTRIC CARTS: 31,50 euros (per cart).
• RIDING CHAIRS: 31,50 euros (per saddle).

All you have to do is tell us the address of the person you wish to send the gift to, and we will take care of delivering it to them.

In addition, your gift can be fully personalised with a greeting card that you can write yourself.

It is very simple:

• Choose your gift and add it to the shopping basket.
• In the step where we ask you: "Choose shipping method", select: "Send as a gift".
• Give us the details of the person you wish to send the gift to.
• Here you can write a greeting card so that the gift is totally personalised.
• In a few days a courier company will deliver the gift to the indicated address.

Undoubtedly the best way to give and surprise.
