GUARANTEES

The guarantee of our products is established, under the legally established terms, for a period of two years from the date of delivery (one year for second-hand products).

The guarantee will cover any manufacturing defect. Guarantee does not include any deficiencies caused by neglect, impacts, misuse or incorrect manipulation, incorrect tension levels, an incorrect installation performed by a non-authorised Technical Service, or worn out materials due to a normal use.

Should any incident happen during the guarantee period, we will proceed to the item's repair, replacement, price discount or return of such item into the stablished legal procedures.

TAXES AND RP

Prices of our products include Value Added Tax (VAT). Prices may vary depending on the country of delivery.

Shipments out of the European Economic Community, to Canary Islands or Ceuta and Melilla will be exempt from VAT. (the discount will be applied once the delivery address is indicated).
