The TaylorMade Spider GT Splitback putter is constructed of 304 stainless steel, utilizing geometric shapes, crisp lines and advanced perimeter weights to provide enhanced stability and precise alignment.

Technologies:
- IMPROVED FORGIVENESS AND STABILITY: Wing weight has been distributed to push mass to the perimeter for greater forgiveness, improved stability and more consistent performance across the face. The design maintains forgiveness and stability, with a more compact head shape design preferred by many players.
- BETTER SOUND AND FEEL: The new Spider GT Splitback features urethane foam strategically injected inside the putter head. This lightweight material helps dampen unwanted vibrations to provide improved sound and feel.
- TOP PLATE WITH THREE-POINT LINE OF SIGHT: Made of lightweight 6061 aluminum, the 145 g top plate eliminates excess weight in the middle of the putter and features a three-point line of sight for alignment.
- FOR MODERATE FACE ROTATION: A short sloping hosel combines with the Spider GT's extreme perimeter weighting to generate 21° of toe drop, offering a putter that is best suited for players with moderate face rotation on the putting stroke.

- Check that the entire base of the putter sits on the ground, if it does then the club fits you
- Check the tempo of your swing. As a general guideline, those with a less rhythmic swing will need a heavier head, while players with a rhythmic swing will use lighter heads
- You should also take into account their physical characteristics. Generally, heavier heads will be needed for heavier players
- Select a light putter for a fast green and a heavy one on a slow green
