1.- ÁLVAREZ has created the "Club Álvarez" to offer its customers certain offers, discounts or special promotions (hereinafter, all referred to as "the advantages"); advantages that at each moment and in the foreseen conditions, ÁLVAREZ can offer as members of the Álvarez Club.

2.- Any natural person over 18 years of age may apply to join the Álvarez Club. For this you must make a purchase in the physical stores of ÁLVAREZ, located in Madrid (C/ Capitán Haya nº 60 or C/ Diego de León nº56) and La Coruña (Polígono de Pocomaco, Primera Avenida, 81. Parcela C-13); or an online order (telephone or Internet). The customers considered as "professional customers" (clubs, teachers, schools ...) will not be able to participate in the Club Álvarez.

3.- To be a member of the Álvarez Club, the customers must provide, at least, the information that appears on the application as compulsory. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the member authorizes ÁLVAREZ to establish communication with him in order to complete those data not initially filled in; as well as to communicate promotions, news and other topics related to this Club and Álvarez.

4.- ÁLVAREZ will be able to deliver the "Álvarez card" (it will be delivered free of charge in Álvarez stores). These cards are personal and non-transferable, so ÁLVAREZ is not responsible for the loss, theft, robbery or use that are given outside the provisions of this contract. However, these elements are the property of ÁLVAREZ, obligating the member to guard them diligently and to return them when required.

5.- Customers' categories. The next segmentation is established:

Basic category:  for the customer who makes a purchase in our shops or an online order distance order and requests his/her entry in the Club.

Gold category: will be that customer who makes 3 purchases per year (on different days) with a minimum amount per year of 400 euros. This customer will receive the distinction of "Gold Customer".

Categoría Platino: será Platino aquel cliente que realice 5 o más compras anuales (en días distintos), con un mínimo de gasto anual de 600 euros. Este cliente recibirá la distinción de “Cliente Platino”.

Los clientes Oro y Platino mantendrán estas categorías durante los dos primeros años. Se establecen los siguientes criterios para el descenso de categoría:

Gold Customer:

To keep your status the first and second year as Gold customer, it will be neccessary to make at least 2 purchases with a minimum expense of 250 euros. If you don't do so the customer will fall from ''Gold Category'' to ''Basic''

Platinum Customer:

To keep your category, during the first and second year as Platinum you will need to make a minimum of three purchases with a minimum expense of 400 euros (neccessary requirement to be Platinum). If you don't achieve it, you'll pass from ''Platinum Category'' to ''Gold''.

6.- The Club's advantages are as follows:

6.1.- ALVAREZ CARD CUSTOMERS:
A) Vouchers with your purchases. To use these vouchers, it will be taken into account:
Vouchers are personal and nontransferable.
All orders placed in physical stores, by phone or online will be taken into account for the calculation of each voucher.
Every three months we will issue a voucher with the corresponding amount in euros for the purchases made during the period. Once the voucher is issued, which can not exceed 100 euros, it will be active in the customer file and will remain at your disposal during its validity period. Please, check if you have an active voucher.
The expiration date of this voucher will be within 3 months.
IMPORTANTE: Los siguientes productos/compras no sumarán para la generación de bonos:
 * Productos en oferta especial
 * Promociones
 * Productos de Outlet
 * Regalos
 * Munición
 * Compras que tengan algún descuento o ajuste de precio. Se contabilizará el total del descuento aplicado a las distintas compras realizadas durante el periodo, de manera que si el importe total del descuento aplicado es superior a 100€, no se generará bono.
 * Compras en las que se gestione una Financiación Sin Intereses especial (es decir, fuera de periodos de promoción "Financiación SIN Intereses" o para productos que no incluyen este tipo de financiación).
B) Information of all promotions made.

6.2.- ALVAREZ GOLD CARD CUSTOMERS:
A) Double voucher for purchases (YOUR PURCHASES HAVE DOUBLE VALUE !!) with a maximum limit of 100 euros.
B) Early information of all the promotions made.
C) Access to special offers to be downloaded via Internet.
D) Priority to answer questions made by mail.
E) Early invitation to our sales discount season.
F) 1 hour of free parking when making a purchase with a minimum amount of €100 in our stores in Madrid (C/ Capitán Haya, nº 60 and C/ Diego de León nº 56).

6.3.-ALVAREZ PLATINUM CARD:
A) Triple voucher for purchases (YOUR PURCHASES HAVE TRIPLE VALUE !!) with a maximum limit of 100 euros.
B) Early information of all the promotions made.
C) Access to special offers to be downloaded via Internet.
D) Priority to answer questions made by mail.
E) Early invitation to our sales discount season.
F) Free shipping costs (for orders over 100 euros, only for deliveries to mainland Spain, not included items which require a special transportation, such as gun cabinets, trailers...).
G) 1 hour of free parking when making a purchase with a minimum amount of €100 in our stores in Madrid (C/ Capitán Haya, nº 60 and C/ Diego de León nº 56).

7.- ÁLVAREZ reserves the right to change these bases, publishing changes on the company's website.

8.- ÁLVAREZ, reserves the right to conclude the operation of the Álvarez Club, advertising it on the company's website.

9.- A member may cancel its membership to Alvarez Club, with a written communication. ALVAREZ can also cancel a membership if the member makes a fraudulent or illegal use of the card, offers, discounts or promotions tied to Álvarez Club.

10.- For the purposes of the provisions of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the treatment of personal data and the free circulation of these data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and 11 of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Data Protection Personal and digital rights guarantee is informed:

10.1. ÁLVAREZ undertakes, in the use of the data included in the file, to respect its confidentiality and to use them in accordance with the purpose of the file, as well as to comply with its obligation to save them and adopt all the pertinent measures to avoid alteration, loss, treatment or access not automated.

10.2. ÁLVAREZ will be entitled to treat your personal data through the express consent that you express when requesting your registration in the Club Álvarez; this consent may be withdrawn at any time upon requesting his withdrawal from the said club. The data categories, which will be treated, are those included in the application questionnaire, those generated as a result of the use of the Club Card, as well as those related to the enjoyment or use of the Club's advantages, for the purpose of control, management, maintenance and improvement of the relationship with the partner and making available information relating to the services offered in ÁLVAREZ. This treatment will have the purpose of carrying out commercial, advertising and promotional activities through any system including SMS, UTMS, etc., that incorporates information that may be of your interest, adapting our offers to your preferences or needs based on the study and segmentation of the personal and commercial information that appears in our file. This means that the advertising or commercial information that the member will receive may refer to the services offered by ÁLVAREZ. No data will be transferred to third parties, except legal obligation

10.3. The partner may exercise the rights recognized in the aforementioned data protection regulations, and in particular the right to request access to personal data relating to the interested party. Right to request rectification or deletion. Right to request the limitation of your treatment. Right to oppose treatment Right to data portability; also has the right to file a claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection.

10.4. ALVAREZ reserves the right to modify the current privacy policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential novelties as well as for the new market uses, in whose case these changes will be announced to the member before these changes take effect.

10.5. The member will inform ÁLVAREZ of any modification of the personal data provided by virtue of this document at the address indicated in section 9.3.

11.- The use of any element accrediting the club in the establishment attached to it, means the acceptance of all of these bases as well as their operating conditions.
