It has a protective cover over the lens of the lens intended to protect the lens from dust and scratches.
Applications include:
Night vision devices collect existing ambient light (those emitted by stars, the moon or infrared light) through the front lens. This light is composed of photons entering the photocathode tube which changes the photons into electrons by amplifying their number through an electrical and chemical process.
The electrons are then thrown against a phosphorus screen that changes the amplified electrons back into the visible light seen through the eyepiece. The image will now be sharp and clear.

Question: Estoy interesado en el monocular nocturno NV 14 2ª GENERAIÓN PLUS; no obstante necesito saber si se puede acoplar con total garantía a un visor de campana de 56, concretamente el Zeiss Diavari. En caso afirmativo saber también si la pieza de acople está incluida o se paga aparte, necesito también saber el precio de esa pieza y la garantía de la colocación de manera firme y adecuada. Lógicamente lo probaría una vez recibido y tendría la potestad, como siempre anuncian Vds, de devolverlo en el plazo convenido. También estudiaría otras posibilidades contrastadas que me ofrezcan
