CONDICITIONS FOR FIREARMS BUYING AND SELLING - ARMERÍA ÁLVAREZ
PREVIOUS RECOMMENDATION – Visit our stores in Madrid
Available firearms for trading through our web are only a selection of all the variety of second hand firearms we can offer.
Either if you want to see more second hand firearms, or if you want to check the firearm you are interested in, or if you need a valuation of the firearm you want to sell, we recommend to visit our stores in Madrid:
- C/ Poeta Joan Maragall (before Capitán Haya) nº 60
- C/ Diego de León nº 56
All second hand firearms are available in our stores. With the information of eachh model you can see the location of each firearm.
PURCHASING AN USED FIREARM
Each one of our fireams from the section of Second Hand is an unique and not replaceable object, this obligue us to stablish special conditions for its sale:
-Used firearms can't be BOOKED. If you are interested in one of them, we recommend to place the order as soon as possible, to avoid to lose it.
-Used fierearms CAN BE RETURNED. You'll have a maximum period of 15 days for the return (shipping costs generated by the return will be met by the customer).
I WANT TO SELL AN USED FIREARM
Once more we recommend to visit us in any of our stores in Madrid, where a gunsmith will valuate the firearm. If you can't go to any of our stores in Madrid, the process to follow to sell online an used firearm is the following:
1.Fill in the CUESTIONARIO PARA LA VENTA DE ARMAS DE SEGUNDA MANO. It's a form to be sent by mail in which we ask you for some information about the model of firearm, manufacturer, production year, general condition... Moreover, you can attach some pictures for a better valuation of the firearm.
2.The information sent, will be valuated by our gusnsmith and in a period of 8/10 days we'll contact you to tell you the value of the PREVIOUS INDICATIVE VALUATION.
3.This previous valuation, is non-binding and will be pending of the reception of the firearm in our gunshop, when we can provide a DEFINITIVE VALUATION.
4. If after the previous valuation, you decide to send the firearm, you have to send it to our store located at C/ Capitán Haya nº60 in Madrid
Once we have received the firearm, we'll let you know the amount of the DEFINITIVE VALUATION.
If you don't agree with this definitive valuation and if you prefer that we return the firearm, shipping costs will be assumed by the customer.
5.If you accept the amount of the DEFINITIVE VALUATION – The value of the sale will be given in form of a VOUCHER, that you can discount in a purchase of any of the products sold by Armería Alvarez.
These vouchers have expiration date and have to be used in a single purchase.
