RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All the products we sell are from top quality manufacturers. They offer the highest quality and the best guarantee. Even so, if for any reason you do not agree with what you have purchased, you can opt for an exchange, return or withdrawal. To do this you have a period of fifteen (15) calendar days from the time of receipt.

To make such return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

In the event that the return is made for reasons not attributable to Alvarez, the Buyer shall bear the costs generated by this return (If you would like us to handle the process, click on the EXCHANGES AND RETURNS option. Service cost: €9.99 for standard products. For heavy and/or large-volume products, please consult us.).

In any case, the return of defective products and erroneous shipments will be admitted, being Álvarez who will be responsible for the shipping costs provided that the customer communicates this circumstance at the time of receipt of the order.

Returned orders must be sent to Álvarez, Polígono de Pocomaco, Primera Avenida, 81. Parcela C-13, 15190 Mesoiro, La Coruña. Once the buyer has exercised the right to cancel and once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses and its condition has been checked, Álvarez will act as indicated by the buyer: refund or exchange of the merchandise.

Videos, discs, video games or other products susceptible to immediate copying can only be exchanged for another identical title.

Electronic products can only be returned if they have not been opened. For the return they must be perfectly sealed and not have been manipulated in any way.

No returns or exchanges are allowed on the following products:

  • Weapons

  • Gun racks

  • Products ordered exclusively for the customer or that have required any customization.

  • Veterinary medicines

  • Hygienic masks
