The Apeks XL4+ is a compact, lightweight and versatile regulator designed to provide excellent performance in all types of environments, including cold water. Its reduced weight makes it an ideal choice for traveling, technical or exploration divers who need to minimize weight without compromising performance.

Its design is geared to reduce jaw fatigue on prolonged dives, and its resistance to freezing makes it suitable for the most demanding conditions. It is also an excellent choice as a stage regulator.

• Overcompensated, environmentally sealed diaphragm design: improves performance at depth and prevents contaminant ingress or icing.

• One-piece, satin-finished,machined body.

• Environmental dry kit included as standard for added protection.

• Large surface area heat exchanger, which increases gas temperature and improves cold water performance.

Second stage

• Compact and lightweight, designed to minimize jaw fatigue.

• Pneumatically balanced, cam-operated for high breathing performance.

• Large, over-molded, self-drainingpurge button, easy to operate even when wearing gloves.

• Ergonomic Venturi lever, integrated and easy to locate.

• Flexible nylon braided hose, with better thermal performance than conventional rubber hoses.

• Standard connection, compatible with other hoses or second stages.

• Comfo-Bite mouthpiece, which adapts to the palate without the need to exert pressure with the bite.

• Reusable clip, allowing for easy nozzle changes in the field.

• Standard exhaust tee for efficient bubble evacuation.

• UV inhibitors to prevent discoloration of the white material.
