The A prism with distance meter KAHLES HELIA 42 Rangefinder (RF) combines a extraordinary optical viewfinder with a reliable distance measuring system up to 1500m in relevant targets (hunting species, trees, etc.).

It is notable for its easy handling and its special functions for hunting:

• Lens technology of the Helia Rangefinder binoculars it gets clear images with great sharpness of detail and natural contrast.
• This is a patented KAHLES EAC (Enhanced Angle Compensation) function: performs an angle correction.
  Para in addition to the standard (linear) distance measurement, the patented EAC (Enhanced Angle Compensation) KAHLES function can be calculated and displayed, which is even more accurate and based on the classic Riflemans Rule. While in the case of the Riflemans Rule only the distance is determined purely mathematically and at the same level, the EAC function offers a more relevant basis from a ballistic point of view.
• Long Range (LR) function, to measure the distance to single targets up to 4500m.
• Indication of room temperature.
• Air pressure indication.
• Scanning mode, continuously measure the distance of moving targets.
• Five lighting levels easily and manually adjustable (without additional menu access) allow quick adjustment and fix the screen to light conditions at all times (avoids automatic/unwanted switching).
• Optimised energy management = Extra-long battery life; which offers a longer battery life (of ~ 4000 measurements).
