PRIVACY POLICY

1. In compliance with the provision of the Spanish Organic Act 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, Alvarez hereby informs the User of the existence of a file containing personal data created by and for Alvarez and under his responsibility, with the purpose of informing and marketing the products provided at the Website, as well as conducting promotional activities and advertising that may be of the User's interest in order to expand and improve Alvarez's Items by adapting Alvarez's range to the User's needs and preferences or to allow a personalized browsing.
2. The User expressly agrees to the inclusion of data collected during the visits to the Website, or provided by filling in any form, as well as those personal data obtained as a result of the business relationship and/or the delivery of the purchased items, into the computerized file of personal data already mentioned on the first paragraph. During the collection and processing of personal data, the User will be informed of mandatory or not to collect such data regarding the delivery of Items, with the exception of rendering orders, in which case Alvarez shall immediately inform the User of the absence of voluntary will, and shall require the inclusion of such data in order to carry out the formalization of the purchase order, providing data relating the User's identity, including name, address and credit card number to carry out payments, being such data necessary to the fulfillment and conclusion of the sale operation.
3. Concerning the User's data collected as previously stated in the preeceding paragraph, the User may exercise the rights pursuant to the Spanish Organic Act 15/1999, and in particular the rectification, data cancellation or opposition rights and, if appropriate, the revocation of consent to the transfer of the User's data. 4. By accepting these conditions, the User expressly consents the assignment or disclosure of the information contained in the file referred to in paragraph 4.1 to Alvarez group companies, whether or not located in the Spanish territory, and even in the latter case to companies that may be subject to a regime of protection not comparable to that provided by the Spanish law, in order to ensure that these companies can treat the User's personal data to provide information on offers and send advertising messages.
5. Alvarez commits, in using the data included in the file, to respect the User's privacy and use these data in accordance with the purpose of the file, and as to comply with the obligation to save and to take all the measures to prevent disruption, loss, unauthorised access or treatment, in accordance with the Rules of Security Measures for automated files containing personal data, as envisaged in the Spanish Royal Decree 994/1999, of June 11
