All our marketed products proceed from first quality manufacturers, offering top quality and guarantee . However, if the item that you have purchased does not fulfill your expectations, you may return the item. You may return any of the purchased items within (15) business days of the delivery date.

To return an item, it must be undammaged and come into its original package.

If the item is returned for any other reason different from Alvarez's error, the Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping amount. Otherwise, Alvarez will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error, provided the customer has informed our company at the moment of the order reception.

Order returns must be sent to Alvarez's address-- Polígono de Pocomaco, parcela C-13, 15190 Mesoiro, A Coruña--. Being executed the right of determination by the Buyer, and being the merchandise received in our warehouses and checked , Alvarez will act according to the buyer's will-- money refund, item replacement, etc...

Videos, cd's, videogames or any other items that can be copied or reproduced will only be exchanged by identical items.
